2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the online store of Skinwear, applicable globally across all countries,
and in accordance with the legal requirements of Germany, the European Union, and international commercial law.
3. Eligibility and Account
To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. Account creation is optional.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach our policies
.
4. Contract Conclusion
Product listings on our website represent non-binding invitations to purchase. By clicking “Place Order,” you make a legally binding offer.
The contract is formed once we confirm your order or dispatch the item. Order confirmations are sent via email.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT, customs duties, and taxes. Prices are shown in your selected currency and converted based on
prevailing rates. We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other regional payment methods. Payments are processed securely and are due at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time ranges between 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
Customers will receive tracking information once the package has shipped. Delays caused by customs or shipping providers are not under our control.
7. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
All applicable duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in your order total at checkout. Customers will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To do so, contact us at support@skinwear.store. Returned items must be unused
and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless
the product is defective.
9. Returns & Exchanges (All Regions)
We accept returns for new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Custom or sale items are not eligible for return.
Please contact us before sending a return.
10. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent, and for injuries to life, body, or health. We are not liable
for indirect losses or losses caused by unforeseeable issues.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle your personal data according to the GDPR and Germany's Federal Data Protection Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Skinwear or licensed third parties. Reproduction or redistribution without
written permission is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The CISG does not apply. For international customers, mandatory consumer protections
in their country may also apply. Jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in
dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website and applies from the effective date listed above.
