At Skinwear, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality garments and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in the case of returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and German Civil Code (§ 355 BGB), customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order:
• Email: support@skinwear.store
• Subject: “Order Withdrawal – [Your Order Number]”

You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Global)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Gift cards or store credits
• Final sale or discounted items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Custom or made-to-order garments

4. Returns Procedure
1. Contact us at support@skinwear.store to request a return authorization.
2. You will receive a return confirmation and shipping instructions.
3. Carefully repackage your item(s).
4. Ship the return to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Note: We currently do not offer prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless legally mandated otherwise.

5. Refunds (If Approved)
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Photos of the damage or issue
• Description of the problem

We will cover return shipping for approved defective or incorrect items and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges due to stock limitations. If you need a different size or style:
1. Return the original item for a refund.
2. Place a new order for the item you want.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
• If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@skinwear.store.

9. International Orders
We gladly accept international returns that meet the above requirements. However:
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• Customs declarations must clearly state the package is a “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.
