Token Claim Policy​​

To claim your free tokens, please read the following carefully
• Eligibility: Tokens are available only to customers who have received their order and do not wish to return the product within the 14-day return period. The product must remain in its original condition during this period.
• Claim Timing: The 14-day period starts from the date your package is delivered. Only after this period has passed and the product has not been returned will you be eligible to claim your free tokens.
• Token Reward: Once the 14-day period is complete and your eligibility is confirmed, your free tokens will be sent on the same day to the wallet address you have submitted.
• Reward Amount: The reward is equivalent to 10% of your purchase value, paid in the company token.
• Wallet Requirements: Tokens will be sent only to self-custodial Ethereum Mainnet wallet addresses such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet, or Ledger. Exchange addresses will not be accepted.
• Responsibility: Skinwear cannot recover tokens sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks. Please ensure your submitted wallet address is accurate and on Ethereum Mainnet.

Important Information Before Submitting Your Wallet

• Tokens are issued exclusively on the Ethereum Mainnet. Ensure your wallet is connected to Ethereum Mainnet.
• Submit only a self-custodial wallet address that you personally control. Examples include MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet, Ledger.
• Do not use exchange or custodial addresses such as Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken. Tokens sent to these addresses may be permanently lost.
• Verify your 0x wallet address before submitting. Once submitted, it cannot be changed.
• Tokens will be manually transferred within 24 hours of your wallet submission.
• Skinwear cannot recover tokens sent to incorrect addresses or unsupported networks.
